Unless other arrangements were made, the following cancellation conditions regarding room reservations apply:

You may cancel your reservation up to four weeks before the trip without charge; for cancellations up to two weeks prior to travel you will be charged 40 % and after that 80 % of the overnight rate. "No-show" requires payment in full.

Any modifications/cancellations will be accepted only if sent by mail, fax, or email.
